Tal Project

In July, the construction permit for a confectionery workshop was issued. The building with an area of over 5000 m2 will be built in the Sofia village Gara Elin Pelin.

HRC Culinary Academy is one of the most successful Eastern European culinary schools. It is focused on the preparation of highly qualified chefs and staff in the field at the hotel. The school is part of an international organization that has partnered with leading hotel chains.

The project to build a memorial park “Gatto Shishkov” made free by arch. Borislav Krustev and arch. Vlatko Stojanovski. It will be built at the – highest point of the village Rakovitsa, near the church of “St. Nikolay Mirlikiyski”.

Our project is a “Technical workshop for repair and diagnostics of cars with office and reception”. Located in “NPZ Orion and neighboring residential areas” on the territory of Sofia. A modern suburb, Sofia Municipality “Vrybnitsa”.

We are pleased to introduce you the website of Tal Project. In the beginning of 2016 we were able to prepare a basic information about our activities and to systematize it in this site. It is user-friendly, with a contemporary vision and completely mobile – for easy access with notepad and smartphone.

In September 2015 our team started work on a unique set of so-called “smart houses” (smart home). The trend of the last decade of automatisation of homes and offices now for the first time will be applied in its full volume in a complex of individual buildings. The project represents a closed area of eight detached houses in the mountain village Dzhigurovo, located next to the famous resort town of Sandanski in Bulgaria.
